Paris Singing Jailhouse Songs of Redemption?
________________________________________________________________
The day after she was dragged back to jail screaming and crying for Mommy, she's suddenly found God and received His message that she should change her lifestyle and be a good role model for the young girls who look up to her.
First of all, WOW! She found God really fast! And this new found ability to hear God's message is really sudden too! Hallelujah!
Second of all, if any young girls actually look up to Paris as a role model, our society is doomed. Totally and completely. With no hope. Doomed.
After just one more day in jail, Paris has suddenly realized so many things! God talks to her. "Acting" dumb wasn't cute. Anymore. Do any of us really believe it was that much of an act?
"The primped and pampered celebutante also revealed that her beauty regimen had suffered since her incarceration, saying her skin was dehydrated because of a ban on moisturizer."
"It doesn't matter," Hilton said, "I'm not that superficial girl. I haven't looked in the mirror since I got here."
Awww.... Poor Paris is afraid to look in the mirror because she can't moisturize? For heaven's sake.
She's a three time loser. She drank and drove. She drove with a suspended license from drinking and driving. 45 days in jail is a small price to pay for the danger she put others in. I'm shocked that people think she's being made an example of and that her jail time is excessive. Dude. She put her life and the life of others in danger for a midnight burger run! Losing her license wasn't enough of a deterrent. Hopefully time in jail will be. I hope she really did learn something from this experience. I just have a hard time believing she found Jesus after a couple days in jail. It's possible. And it sure sounds good, doesn't it? Maybe the judge will appreciate her new found spirituality and give her time served for good behavior. She did have to survive without moisturizer after all!
I kind of regret the brain power I just used for this entry. But I had to get it out of my system!
